After the McConville’s cleaned up last year, claiming both Senior Men’s and G4MO Player of the Year, the bookies have already suspended betting on the McCormacks & Reavey’s repeating the feat this year. Cullens & McNeice’s have given a good account of themselves and will fancy their chances (as always). The Willis clan are lurking as outside contenders - but if they’re to get their hands on silverware, you’d expect it might be the G4MO title they’re eyeing up!
The Reserve Men’s title is too close to call this year with some outstanding performances right across the panel. The Senior Ladies Player of the Year has already been presented at the Clonmore Dinner Dance last week… but knowing the manager he might try his hand at rewriting history.
